One Man's Treasure receives Communities Foundation of Texas Grant
Thank you to Communities Foundation of Texas for supporting One Man's Treasure with a North Texas Cares 2.0 grant. We are blessed to receive this grant which will help us continue to serve the formally incarcerated men of North Texas. The North Texas Cares 2.0 grant was created to provide relief to local non-profits who were affected by Covid-19.
The grant funding will be used for direct COVID response expenditures -
shipping the clothing to directly to the clients since we have been unable to have face to face delivery by our shepherds due to health concerns for both volunteers and clients
purchase of an increased amount of items of clothing needed to complete sets of clothing since many of our partner churches have been closed or at limited capacity and unable to host the clothing drives that provide a large portion of the clothing distributed.
