Tom Dooley
President
Tom is a former executive at Alcon Laboratories, Inc. Throughout his 26-year career with Alcon he spent time in in sales, training, management, and managerial roles in the US, Japan and Australia. After returning to United States in 2013, Tom has been focusing his time and energy towards many non-profits around Dallas. In 2013, he headed a team of executive volunteers and One Man’s Treasure’s Executive Director and Board to develop a three-year strategic growth plan. With his knowledge of corporate growth, he brought his skills to One Man's Treasure for future growth as a member of One Man’s Treasure’s Board. Tom is passionate about the mission of One Man’s Treasure to serve this group of men. In addition to all his leadership skills, Tom continues to mentor and coach a group of people that he has interacted with throughout his long and successful career. Tom is married to Diane and they have three married children and three grandchildren. Tom and Diane both relish their time with their grandchildren as well as traveling, golf, tennis, pickleball and gardening.

Matt Bomberger
Vice President
Matt lives in Dallas and has a career that span ten years in sales, management and operations with Experis and now holds the position of Vice President of Operations and Sales at Bresatech. Over the past four years, he served on the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Fundraiser Board (Uncork the Cure-Wine Opener) and served as an Austin Street Shelter volunteer assisting clients to develop resumes to re-enter the workforce. At Austin Street he helped create templates to streamline the process, held workshops to focus on interview skills and assisted the shelter with food distribution. He served on the vestry of the Episcopal Church of the Incarnation (2015-2018) and led hurricane disaster missions for the church. He brings his corporate experience and volunteer work with vulnerable populations and team leadership to strengthen the board.

Angel Thompson

Angel has been involved with One Man's Treasure as a volunteer, employee, and now Board member and Treasurer, over the past 12 years. Angel served for three years in the United State Army before attending Texas Woman’s University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and worked as an RN in area hospitals for eight years. After having two children, she took a job with the Rockwall Independent School District as a school nurse, and also the District Coordinator, retiring after 24 years. Angel served as a volunteer with One Man’s Treasure before her retirement from the school district and then was hired part-time for six years as its Clothing and Volunteer Coordinator. She stepped down from that position late in 2019 and agreed to serve as a volunteer and as a member of the Board to help us fulfill our mission to our clients! Angel and her husband Rich are active members of First United Methodist Church, Rockwall.
Bryan Kelley
Director
John, a New Jersey native, worked for NCH Corporation, as Sr. VP Sales/Management Development, for 41 years, and now is semi-retired, working as Arakelian Consulting. John and his wife, Carole, live in north Dallas and are active members of Cottonwood Creek Baptist Church in Allen. They both have served as Kairos Prison Ministry volunteers at the George Beto Unit for eight years and John served as a Kairos weekend leader and as the Beto representative for the State Kairos Advisory Council. In 2018, he began serving as a volunteer shepherd for One Man’s Treasure which led him to accepting a positon on the board in 2020, giving him the opportunity to be of additional service to the formerly incarcerated population. He brings his many years of business management experience and volunteer service to the board as the organization continues to grow in its outreach.
Bryan is the Chief Executive Officer of Prison Entrepreneurship Program (PEP). Bryan has a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Sam Houston University and has served as a Re-entry Manager and Executive Relations Manager for PEP before assuming his current position and was the owner/operator of Kingdom Power Wash. He also assists with the management of all in-prison events that PEP offers at the Sanders Estes Unit. He is a Kairos Prison Ministry and Bridges to Life volunteer and is active in Watermark Church in Dallas. For many years One Man’s Treasure has been the Dallas clothing resource for the men in the PEP program in addition to many other groups. Bryan brings an important insight into our organization’s work with prison ministries and aftercare non-profits that will allow us to expand those collaborations and will also help us raise awareness within the community of the challenges faced by men returning from incarceration. His expertise in fundraising and resource development, marketing and public relations will also be an invaluable addition to our Board. We look forward to working with Bryan in the years ahead.
​Christopher enjoyed a successful 25 year career in corporate America, holding senior leadership positions with companies including Bank of America, Eastman Kodak, Staples, Dell and Hewlett Packard where he was viewed as a dynamic, transformative, servant-leader. In 2013, he started his own sales consultancy called Elevate Strategy Group. Christopher works with clients on all elements of the Sales continuum to include sales strategy, client engagement, coaching, leadership development and training and has strong partnerships with many world-class organizations like Dannon, LegalZoom, D.A.R.T, Boeing, Coca Cola, and S.M.U and has served on numerous Corporate Advisory boards. He serves on the boards for INROADS, Inc. and Catholic Charities, Fort Worth, is also the Committee Fundraising Chair for Sky Ranch and one of the founding Principals in the African American Executive Networking Forum. Christopher brings his non-profit board participation, corporate experience and expertise in strategy to the board to help guide One Man’s Treasure into its future years of service. Christopher and his wife Natalie, an attorney at Chubb, Inc. live in Murphy with their son.

A resident of Dallas and long-time volunteer with One Man's Treasure delivering clothing to clients and supporting various events hosted by the organization, Mickey joined the board in 2018, bringing his experience in business, philanthropy and prison ministry to help expand the growth of the organization. He and his wife Ruth are members of Highland Park United Methodist Church and active in numerous organizations in the community.
Born in Dallas and raised in Grand Prairie, Wade attended Southern Methodist University and studied finance in the Cox School of Business. Upon graduation, he began working as a commercial real estate broker and developer in investment /land sales in the Dallas area and currently manages his own assets. He and his wife Lauren live in University Park and are blessed with four little girls. The family is active in worship at North Way Church. Wade brings a unique perspective to the organization to help grow the accessibility of the program to formerly incarcerated men and a desire to help strengthen the ministry aspect of One Man's Treasure's program in sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Julius is Vice President & Chief Information Officer for DART and a retired decorated USA Army veteran. He brings his extensive professional background in technology, cybersecurity and operations to One Man's Treasureas we continue growth of service and ministry to men returning from incarceration.
